| We are exporter and wholesaler of leather products, We do not do retail business. |
| 2.Do you have any stock? |
| Normally, we do not have any stock, we only arrange production on demands. That may makes you wait for the production, but it also ensures that all the bags you recieve is brand new. |
| 3. How can I get the price? |
| We did not put the price on the website as we are not a retailer. And our price may change according to the price of raw material and labour. If you need to know the latest price, please send us an email with the Item# and possible order quantity, we will respones in 24 hours (in workdays). |
| 4. Can I get Free sample? |
| It depends. For regular customers, if the value of sample is less than USD30 and freight collect, we can offer the free sample at most 3 times before each bulk order. For new customers, free sample is normally not acceptable, but the sample cost could be refund when you place bulk order. |
| 5. Do you offer OEM service? |
| Yes, actually OEM is our major. We seldom meet two customers order same bags. You can send us a prototype or just a picture with description, we can make a sample for you to confirm. We have a designer team in charge of making samples. |
| 6. How can I make the payment, do you accept L/C? |
| Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance and 70% by T/T after production is finished. L/C is also acceptable, but the order amount should be at least USD20,000, and we only accept the L/C opened by the bank of good credit. |
